How your information is used
This page explains how information is used in the current directory.
Supplier applications
Company details and business contact information are stored for review. Approved company descriptions, products, location, business images and submitted business contacts may appear in the public directory. Pending and rejected applications are not publicly listed.
Public business information
Some basic business profiles are compiled from public sources and show their source links. These profiles are marked as business information and do not indicate that the business has joined the platform.
Buyer inquiries
Your name, email, company, country, and sourcing brief are stored for the platform team to review and follow up with relevant suppliers. Inquiries are not published in the public directory. No automatic email notifications are configured.
Airport pickup and visit requests
Arrival plans and contact details submitted through the pickup form are saved privately for the platform team to arrange and confirm your visit. They are not published in the supplier directory or shared page previews.
Accounts, products and sourcing conversations
Registration details are used to manage your account. Approved products are displayed on the manufacturer profile. Approved sourcing requests are available to signed-in registered manufacturers. Contact email addresses are shown only in protected request details, never in public previews or the request board. Sending quotations and replies on the platform requires company approval; messages are available only to the participating buyer and manufacturer. The platform stores these submissions to provide and administer the service. Do not include sensitive personal information in public product content or sourcing requirements.
Application status, language and sign-in
Keep your application receipt private: it is used to look up your status. Necessary cookies protect forms, remember your language choice and keep account users and administrators signed in. This version does not include advertising tracking.
Website visit estimates
Visible public pages send a first-party visit signal. A signed browser cookie lasts up to 90 days and supports daily visitor estimates after common bot filtering. The analytics tables retain daily hashes and page counts, without raw IP addresses, emails or browser user-agent strings. Dates use Asia/Shanghai time; sums of daily visitors are not unique people across days. Private account pages and signed-in administrators are excluded.
Current operation
This is an early version of the directory. The operator’s identity, privacy contact, retention period, and processes for correcting or deleting information still need to be completed before full commercial operation.
